    Fell off the Bandwagon

Perhaps if you are able to get a little extra exercise in while you are away might help to put your mind at ease. It's amazing how just a few extra minutes of exercise can work off those extra calories. Try to stay focused on all of the hard work that you have done to date but don't beat yourself up. Check in daily with an online support group.

    questions questions and more ?'s

It's possible that you are gaining muscle mass which weights more than fat so you might not see as much of a change on the scales right now. I would pay more attention to inches or how my clothes feel vs the lbs at this point. Keep up the good work and hang in there.

I have really fallen off the wagon...help!

Don't give up! Perhaps if there is a support group in your area that you can attend it would be helpful. Perhaps someone there might have a therapist that they can recommend. We all have had set backs. You have come too far to give up! You have taken the first step by posting here and asking for help/support. If you didn't care or didn't want to get back on track then you wouldn't have even logged on! You are on your way to getting back on track and you didn't even realize it! Try going back to subbing a meal a day with a Protein drink. You can do this!!
  4. I have been using Amazon for my Protein and Vitamins etc. This is not an advertisement for Amazon but I have found it so easy to shop from home. It sure saved me from driving around town to various stores/pharmacies.

    Overeating before pre-op diet common?

I am on day 3 of my pre-op diet. My surgery is Monday June 2. I have 2 Protein shakes a day plus 1 frozen protein rich meal for dinner. I am struggling. I actually feel sick. I am shaky and weak feeling along with a headache. I also have been taking my multi-Vitamin. I am trying to focus on the big picture and the amazing outcome but it's been hard! Reading these blogs have been inspirational. Thank you to everyone for sharing!
  6. I am having my revision done on Monday. I will have a 10lbs lifting restriction for 6 weeks after surgery. However, I was told that I could do easy walking on the treadmill as soon as I feel up to it. The sooner the better. I'm so excited for this next journey! I wish you luck!
