I'm in exactly the same position and I get hungry quite soon after my meal dietician recommends slightly bigger portion size and snack in the afternoon on fruit

Had my first fill 5 days ago .I had 5mil and I don't feel any real difference. I follow the 20'20'20 rule . What shut I feel I thought I'd feel full after small portions but it's not so

First fill 5 mil today, totally painless now let's see how this works............

I've lost 28 pounds and have been stalled for 4 weeks _ hope first fill on June 10 makes a difference

What will it feel like after fill number 1.my eating is currently just as it was pre band

my eating after banding was 1 day Water and yoghurt then pureed stuff for about 10 days then 'soft foods' with occasional well chewed toast etc., i dont realy get the full feeling so was wondering if i will with a fill - dont reaally mind liquid and puree for a few days - ive got about another 60 pound to lose = my target is to get to target weight BEFORE the loan for my surgery is paid off in January 2015!!!! i guess st a bit bothered than my band dosent seem to be MAKING me eat less yet if that dosent happen for me i just keep munching and nibblg

Hey I must be your twin......nearly the same dates weight loss and problem.I'm eating pretty much as normal now, soft foods decent portions feeling hungry I hope a fill makes some diff e fence, like kills my appetite or something

ve've lost twenty pound since pre open diet started I've now stalled and to be honest don't feel any effect whatsoever ever of having gastric band in. Will this change after a fill?

i made a choice that the onl y people who know about my band are my partner and my parents - i was real pissed off when she let slip to her parents about the band but thats done now - people at work have noticed a weight loss - i just say im eating less, moving more! - its becoming obvious that ive lost weight and i think its real amusing the who havnt SAID A word about it 0

i mentioned drinking to my surgeon b 4 the band was fitted - he was non comittal but he did say that some people who drink to excess and end up puking can dislodge the band through the effort of being sik

im male and 47 yrs old. im 3.5 weeks post surgey and the weight loss was going great guns until last week - ive lost a total of 28 pound since the start of my pre op 'liver shrinkage diet so thats 28 pounds in 5.5 weeks in total since ive been 'on the programme'. im now onto 'soft solids' after passing through the pureed food stage quite easily ( tip - small pots of my 8 month old daughters baby food did the trick for work day lunches !! ) i havnt had a 'fill' yet but the weight loss has stopped. ive never really felt uncomfortable with this and was mobile driving and doing my desk job within a efw days after surgery . im now quite peckish towards the end of the day !! no problems with the recovery but i must mention that the constipation can be a little un nerving even though i drink plenty of Water - anyway - ive stalled -- is the normal ? any solutions ?
