  1. I am relearning once again. I have a new sports medicine dietician/nutritionist for running endurance/performance. My calorie intake has been way to low for the amount of calories I burn. (causing significant hair loss at a year and a half out) Holy Crap! Calorie intake is now 2000. Protein goal 204g 30% Carbs 272g 40% Fat 91g. 30% Its 10:30pm I'm not at 2000 yet.

      Jamie. Here is yesterdays food log . It makes me laugh.

       

      Breakfast - Turkey sausage - yogurt - 1 slice whole wheat toast with real butter =400 cal

       

      Lunch -Whole wheat spaghetti noodles - spaghetti sauce - Homemade turkey meatballs - garlic Parmesan cheese - Chopped salad with half an avocado - Sliced apple = 535 cal

       

      Dinner - Sliced deli corned beef, swiss cheese, sourkrout on a slice of whole wheat bread - Marinated chicken breast, steamed Broccoli, Black berries topped with a light n fit yogurt. 515 cal

       

      Snacks - - protein shake with milk -Running gel, laughing cow cheese and the 12 garlic triscut crackers= 556cal

       

      total 2015 calories170g protein 192g carbs 69g fat.

      How long did it take you to eat those meals? That seems to be about 3x the amount of food that I can eat in one sitting, especially with the bread. Bread still fills me right up. Toast is a little easier.

      Oh and salad? No way... I struggle with raw vegetables at all, but lettuce especially is just WAY too filling.
