    Anyone else had this ?

Sometimes its trial and error to see what your new stomach can tolerate. Take it slow. *smile*

    Anyone else had this ?

Could be dumping syndrome. weetabix does contain real sugar. Wholegrain Wheat (95%), Malted Barley Extract, Sugar, Salt, Niacin, Iron, Riboflavin (B2), Thiamin (B1), Folic Acid. I’m too far out to remember diet progression. If you are on real food stage. You might want to introduce protein and items on your plan slowly to find what you can tolerate.

    No side effects

Congratulations on your surgery, glad you are healing well. I’m five years out and bounced back quickly with no complications. My pain was managed with medication. I had prior surgeries and experienced giving birth. I had a good reference to pain. My pain was minimal in comparison This site is not a good representation of statistics on positive/negative experiences with bariatric surgery. You don’t see the posts on positive experiences. Most don’t feel the need. You will see many posts from people with complications because they are here for support .

If you are getting violently ill talk with your surgeon for options. None of the protien product are fablous tasting. Good news is you won't be on them long term. Sent from my SM-G930T using BariatricPal mobile app

    Goal Weight

Congrats on goal. Fantastic work. Join us in the maintenance thread. Link below. https://www.bariatricpal.com/topic/425802-the-maintenance-thread/?page=28 The only way to stop losing weight is to increase your calories and follow your dietitians maintenance food plan. Maintaining is a new mindset. Carbs are not evil. Low glycemic carbs (sweet potato, brown rice and whole wheat nothing white or processed) and adding healthy fats will help you move into maintaining. (Again, check your maintenance plan for foods allowed)

    Did It Work?

Your surgery restriction will become less over time. I am surprised that you can eat this much in one sitting at a month out. First months is your best surgery restriction. After your first year weight loss slows down. I am suspecting you are grazing. I hope this is the case and not in one sitting. If you are grazing small meals to get his in, it’s a behavior you can change. Understand most have gained weight back due to grazing and food choices. The only reason for gain is eating over your calories. Are you logging your food? Strategies for hunger Clear your home of temptation foods Stay on your food plan Weigh and log your food to make sure your calories/macros are in range (bariatastic or myfitnesspal) Extra carbs and sugar cause hunger. Get them out of your diet and detox off them. Eat dense food. Nothing purees or soft You can fill your extra sleeve space and still stay within your weight loss calories. With your protein (and items on your plan) fill the space with raw veggies until full. They are low calorie and will keep you in weight loss mode. Keep healthy options on hand for sweet and salty cravings. Keep a veggie tray for snacking. If you try to bargin with yourself for other options, its head hunger. Wish you the best. Give us an update when you can.

    Did It Work?

Congrats on one month out. Glad you reached out and posted Did you weigh your steak and sides to know the oz? Can I ask if how long it takes to eat 14 ounces of steak? Are you eating it on one sitting? Or several small meals to eat around surgery restriction? (grazing food) Have you called your surgeons office about how much food you can eat if its in one sitting?

    Can't stop losing weight

You will find your balance with all of this. It’s a strange thing to experience for yourself, Right? I can relate to many of the post on how it messes with you when you hit goal. It took time for my mind to catch up and to see myself correctly.(body dysmorphia) It was something I had to work on. Wow. I get it. I would never in my life expect to say the words I need to STOP losing weight. My inner obese woman. *smile* had a hard time wrapping my head around it. People mean well, but comments like you look sick, your too thin, when are you going to stop losing weight. it's not helpful. It's hard enough for you to deal with rapid weight loss. Some of us have reactive hypoglycemia as a slight complication after surgery. Talk with your Dr and get a glucose meter. https://www.bariatricpal.com/search/?q=reactive hypo

    Butt flap - Anyone have?

Loose skin is an unknow factor with rapid weight loss. You won’t know if your booty may need plastics until you get to goal. Weight lifting helps to fill in some of the lose skin. We started around the same BMI. My butt is small and yes, it has some ripples *laughing* Exercise database glutes (click load more to get all of them) https://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/finder/?muscleid=14 Undergarments & Plastic surgery as options

    Can't stop losing weight

Have you called your dietician? What is on your maintenance food plan? How many calories are you currently getting in? You’re not alone having difficulty in changing over to maintenance and figuring out what calories/macros slow stop weight loss. The link below may help. The maintenance thread. https://www.bariatricpal.com/topic/425802-the-maintenance-thread/

    Hunger

It’s normal. It gets better as your diet progresses out to real food. Hang in there.

    Tricker Prime retirees

Call your insurance company. Ask if they cover revisions and what is their criteria for approval. You can’t figure out why you are gaining weight? Are you eating your bariatric food plan? Are you logging your food? Are you staying within your weight loss calories and macros? Exercise and hydration? Your not alone in having a weight gain years out. (i also had it my third year and worked it back off) 33 pounds is easier to work off than a 50 70 or 100+ gain. If you want to go the revision route thats fine. If your interested here are some links on this forum that may help. https://www.bariatricpal.com/search/?q=weight gain https://www.bariatricpal.com/search/?q=revision https://www.bariatricpal.com/topic/425354-the-importance-of-doing-the-head-work/?tab=comments#comment-4776743

Favorite vegetable - Sugar snap peas dipped in hummus or guacamole 138lbs getting my weight bounce down is going slow. I’m feeling my age this morning. Hip pain *laughing* but still going to the gym. Walking and arm day.
  21. I wouldn’t let someone’s post scare you. Keep working your plan. Is it true? The scenario you posted is not true for me. I lose weight when I stay within my weight loss calories. First months 500 to 900. Eventually went to 1100 and still lost all my weight.

    Thrive by Le-vel

https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/thrive-patch#side-effects I'm skeptical. It’s sold through the company website and via advocates of the program in a multi-level marketing scheme — meaning that people who use the program sell it to their friends. The plan consists of three steps that people are advised to carry out daily. It costs around $300 for an eight-week supply.
