I was in a slump with my heart issues. So I had the catheter and praise the Lord it turned out to be false positive reading. I got my surgery done with out any complications. Had a grandchild one week after surgery! Things have been going okay, but I need to get my vitamins, any suggestions? I looked on the post op site, there are plenty to choose from, I want the smallest just like everyone, so I will pic something this week. Thanks for your support and prayers!!!!

My surgery date came and went without me. My cardiologist said that I had to undergo a heart catheter for a possible placement of a stent. Worst case scenario is that If I get the stent I will wait a month for surgery. I will wait as long as possible to be safe! Best case is that, if the blocked artery can be treated with medicine, then I can have my surgery in a week. Everyone I beg for your prayers for a positive outcome on my heart procedure Monday morning. Blessings. Jan

Jodie, thanks for your encouragement. All will go well I have a very good Doctor who is at the top of this surgery. With God's mercy and grace, a long with prayers, I will be victorious!!! Will continue to post as things unfold. Blessings to Tebowfan and the rest of my new Bariatric family!!!!

Thanks James, this info has been right on target with what I have been hearing. I had my pre-op today and the Anes. Doctor said I was fine for his clearance but still had to wait for the Cardi. I'm really hoping that all goes well with my heart issues.

Can anyone tell me if this issue of Anterior Ischemia was a threat to not having the surgery?

This my beginning to LB revision to ByPass. I will be having surgery on May 7th too, I hope. I had an abnormal EKG and this may postpone my surgery date. Has anyone had an abnormal EKG and if so did you get clearance fast. I will see the Cardiologist tomorrow and I am praying for good new both ways.
