  9. Hello I'm so happy to hear that you are better. I had surgery may 9th and also had a hernia. I'm having lots of trouble drinking fluids because it hurts soooo bad! I feel really weak, dizzy, and have a huge headache. I am barely consuming 4 to 8 oz of water a day. I think I might have to make a trip to the ER.
  10. I was also out the next day! But had to go to the emergency after a couple of hours of being out. I could not swallow pain meds and the pain became unbearable. The gas pain is the worst. Then when that is all gone you feel extremely sore. I had surgery 6 days ago and still have some pain. The worst part is learning how to sip and wait for that pain to go away before you can take another sip! I'm hoping this gets better. On another note I have lost 14lbs so far yay!!!
  11. Good job! I had surgery on Friday May 9th and have lost 14lbs. My intake is minimal. I just hurt very much when I drink my liquids. But I'm excited about the lbs dropping. Keep up the great work!!! ????????
  12. Hello! I also had gerd. My doctor actually encouraged me to have the sleeve. My heart was set for the band. I had surgery on Friday May 9th. During surgery they had to correct a hernia that was cause by my acid reflux. I'm happy so far with the sleeve. It is painful but I know that it will be all worth it at the end. I would suggest you talk to another doctor. Good luck!
