so done with this gas pain. having trouble with fluids. no energy. really not liking what I did to myself. it's only been two weeks but it's like I'm getting worse, my sips have to be beyond small like how the hell am I supposed to stay hydrated and summer is comin it's only going to get worse. just venting but right now at this moment I wish I didn't do it.

There really isn't much you'll need. But it depends on your doctor's restrictions. I was limited to just sugar free Fruit Drinks, sugar free Jello, chicken broth low sodium and sugerfree popsicles. And of course the Protein Shake.< /p>
