Hey all im now down 80 lbs since may 5th and 92 since December 13. I just feel like im at a stand still ive lost about 5 or 10 lbs in a months time. This is getting frustrating. I did start using quinoa hummus quac for Protein Bars I eat kind bars and the luna bars sometimes. Ive fallen off track and ate junk food but then my body feels like shit. I see that food was an addiction and eating fast food or junk food is still a hurdle to overcome even though I was doing great for months. The thing is it doesnt even taste as good as it used to but I feel like j need it sometimes. I buy the dark choc covered strawberries by dole low calories and dark choc isn't super bad for u. Ive been walking and working out with my eliptical and hand weights to tone my arms. I wish I could never eat junk and take the temptation away I do work at a grocery store, probably the worst place after surgery. :-(

How's everyone doing? Next week is 3 months already just curious of everyone's success so far weight loss. And if anyone has tips or snack ideas or maybe even need some motivation.
Lost 58lbs since surgery and 71lbs since December 13

I'm so glad I stumbled on this today I haven't been on here in a few days. I was sleeved 5/5 too congrats to us all who made it two weeks were on our way. I've lost 25 lbs since surgery which is very exciting. I had a 3 hour surgery as I had some other issues with intestines and hernias we didn't know about. I have 14 incisions and last Tuesday I got all 30 staples taken out. I'm finally getting a bit better but I'm in a lot if pain from the other stuff that was operated on. I don't get hungry but I'm not sure I'm eating enough. I do try to stay hydrated and eat popsicles all day long lol. I wish going back to work was around the corner but I'll be off 4 to 6 weeks. Lets keep our heads up and do this together.

I lost 3 pre op and 17 post op my appointment was today 8 days after surgery.

I was sleeved 5/5 as well . Mothers day was tough on me I'm in a ton of pain because he found other problems he had to operate on I was just kind of emotional went to the bathroom and pulled myself together.

Down about 13lbs. I'm 6 days post op and lost about 3 to 5 on the preop diet the week before. Glad the scale has changed finally!
