    EAT ALL THE FOOD!

What do your liquid diet consist of. Mine consisted of a 15g Protein shake 4 times a day (6am, 9am, 12pm, & 3pm) then at 6pm have my 4 ounce chicken or fish a cup of fruit and a cup of veggies. I commend and applaud you for how you're doing so far...PLZ don't stop.

    EAT ALL THE FOOD!

Oh YESS that Caffeine withdraws lasted about 5 days for me.
  3. I was sleeved on April 22, 2014 and so far 66lbs lost and still losing. I am doing absolutely great. My Doctors, Nurses, and MOAs are excited for me and happy that I am progressing well. My Birthday and the start of my Pre-Op Diet.

    EAT ALL THE FOOD!

That pre-op diet helped me tremendously. Try on this for size [no pun intended...lol], my pre-op diet started on my Birthday. I thought I was going easy the day of. Boy was I wrong. I could have spent splurging on that one day...then I would have like 13 more days. Well I craved like NO OTHER a few days afterwards. And was scared I couldn't do it. I even called to the DRs office nervous telling them that my weight hadn't went down and I don't think I could lose it. They reassured me and I was ok. But then it all settled and I exceeded my pre-op diet loss. I was supposed to lose 10. I lost 12. You all CAN DO IT.

questions about some pain 10 days post op

I was just getting ready to post the same thing....Mine was about pain in the middle of my chest and as something settles, its aches then bubbles. I think its gas, but I'm not sure.
  6. I didn't have a drain either. I had the On-Q Infusion Pain Pump aka a "Pain Buster Ball". That was all that was attached to me after surgery. Pre-Op, my Doctor asked me what was my biggest concern about the surgery, and I told him Pain afterwards. I guess he listened to me and this helped me tremendously. It administered pain meds right to my stomach through a catheter. #SurgeryDate: April 22, 2014
