  1. Phyl - I had my surgery in Olympia, WA by Dr. Neal. He and his staff are awesome. I am anxious to get past the post op pain...and to start feeling human again!
  2. Hi from Raymond, WA (on the washington coast) Was banded on Sept 13th. Would love to keep in touch with others from WA. In just these few days I have really enjoyed and appreciated this site. I chose to keep my surgery quiet so I don't have a lot of friends to lean on yet. My family is supportive though! Good luck to all of you!
  3. Wow, glad to hear that! I was reading about a heating pad for the gas pain - think I will give that a try!
  4. I was banded on Sept 13. I can hardly get up and down without really bad pain on the side where the port is. I am looking for reassurance that this will get better! It hurts much worse than I anticipated.
