  1. I just can't seem to get into Onderland and stay there. I keep hovering at 199 then back to 201 then back to 199 then to 201. WTF?!! It's been like a month of doing this. Will I ever get over that hump?

      No, my calories are hovering from 600 to 700...so they are low. I get between 60 and 80 grams of protein a day, and exercise is whatever it can be with a bad knee. I walk a lot. I know many folks here who lost and had trouble stopping the loss and they never exercised. My doc says weight loss is 90% diet and 10% exercise.

      I do that now. I think my body wants to stop now. I know you still want to lose though. Drink lots of water! Give it a little more time. Seems like I did that and the lost after awhile. You probably need to up your calories. That always works for me.

      If I eat a high amount of calories after eating low like that I would drop a pound or two over night. It kick starts your metabolism. Try it!
