  1. I just can't seem to get into Onderland and stay there. I keep hovering at 199 then back to 201 then back to 199 then to 201. WTF?!! It's been like a month of doing this. Will I ever get over that hump?

I stalled too at the same weight! I switched things up for a week by upping protein to 90-100 and cutting my carbs to under 20. I think my calories went up to like 800-900 too, because I was eating a lot of steak, eggs, and meats. It busted my stall though. I went back to my normal goals and have continued my normal (slow) rate of loss. It is so frustrating to stall right there on the cusp of the 100s!!!!

Thanks for the responses. It really is so frustrating!! I was talking to someone who is a couple months ahead of me, and she said our NUT had her go back to 500 calories per day, with no more than 20 carbs/20 fats...but protein 60-100. That isn't going to be easy. That is probably going to mean going back to 2 premier protein shakes a day and maybe a hunk of meat or an egg for the other meal. bleh!

I promise, it really will happen! I was like that for about 7 weeks. I was ready to throw my scale out the window. Then all of a sudden it dropped and dropped and dropped. That's when I knew I would never ever see 200 again!
