  9. Hey, just curious if anyone has had such a long stall so early in the process. I hit a stall two months after surgery and it has been over a month now. I know stalls are normal and I just need to wait it out, just wanting to see if I'm the only one in this boat.

  12. Ugh I'm going on week 3 of dry heaving from hell. I'm glad to hear it will end and that it hasn't ruined my life forever it's just hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I've never been so sick in my life and I regret this surgery so much.
  13. Is your daughter doing any better? I'm 6 weeks post open and have been dry heaving along with nausea and no prescriptions are helping.
  14. How long did it take for it to go away? I have anti nausea medication but I avoid taking it cause it makes me dry heave so bad. Either way I'm glad I'm not the only one who has experienced this.
  15. I am 6 weeks post op and no matter What I drink or eat I violently dry heave. Nothing comes up other than mass amounts of saliva. I'm starting to panic that something is horribly wrong despite being readmitted to the hospital last week and having tests done. Has anyone had a similar experience?
  16. I know this is What I signed up for and that things will get better with time but I'm so sick ALL the time. I can't even think about getting in protein cause the thought of protein makes me sick. Getting in fluid is a struggle specially since plain water makes me vomit. Can't wait till I start to feel normal again.
  17. I find the sugar free freezies are an awesome way to help with getting in more liquid. Specially now that it's getting warmer outside. I personally am struggling with my protein and vitamins. I feel like everything I eat makes me sick so I just don't want to eat anymore.
  18. Darla15 I have packed all that. I'm glad I'm not missing anything!

  24. After waiting for What felt like forever I finally got my date, April 21. I have three weeks of pre open dieting which starts tomorrow and to be honest I'm second guessing everything. I know I can't loose the weight and keep it off on my own but I'm terrified of how much pain I'm going to be in after surgery. I've never even had stitches.
  25. Congrats! Whose your surgeon?
