  1. A week ago tomorrow I began my first vacation since my surgery. Well more of a stay-cation. My sons birthday was last weekend and we had company in from out of town. I haven't been tracking faithfully, and I have been eating bad stuff, although it is only a small percentage of what I would have eaten pre-surgery, I feel horribly guilty. I am three months out and I am scared that I will fall back into my old habits. I hope when I start back to work I will get back on the wagon. Any advice and support is greatly welcomed and appreciated. Please!!

    In my diet education class they said 6. However in the same class we received a book (they said we were to live by) and it says to use non-fat milk powder to help get my Protein. So that is why I am now confuse.

    Today is week 2 since surgery. I finally got some Non-fat milk powder. After I added it to my coffee. I read the label. I know... Read first. There is 12 grams of sugar. Yikes! What is the max number of sugar grams per day? Per meal? I thought 10, but am not sure now since I see everywhere to add this to pudding and soup. Anybody know?

  7. I just had my sleeve on Tuesday. I feel good, just a little sore. Worried I will mess this up. How does everyone feel? I am not hungry. I am not sure how many oz per hr. I start full liquids tomorrow! Any suggestions?
