Hi everyone!! My name is Shelby and I have had an addiction to food for as long as I can remember. I have always been somewhat chubby, but never "obese" until about a year ago. I blame the depo shot for making me gain about 40 lbs, but in reality I could have controlled myself, I just didn't want to. Now I am off the depo and absolutely can not lose ANY weight. I am at my absolute breaking point.  Being this big is preventing me from living my life. I just moved to a new town for college and have NO friends because I'm too embarrassed to go out and do things.. Anyways ENOUGH with the "poor me" talk lol! I love to act, I would love to move to LA and become some famous movie star! Hahaha, but I'll probably wind up being a theater teacher at a local high school... I can't wait to be able to live my life, and be happy! My surgery is on May 27, 2014 with Dr. Aceves, I couldn't be more excited!
