Officially moved my weight back up 2 pounds... I haven't done that before because a day or two weight gain always dropped back down but this one's been around long enough now to change the tracker.
Oh well... onward and upward -- I'm gonna keep doing what's worked so far.-

For sure...just keep on keeping on!! I have moved up a pound or two, but mine usually fall back off too. My longest stall period I stayed between 209 and 211 for nearly a month! Finally lost down to 205, but they are coming off much slower now. Maybe a pound or pound and a half a week. Hoping to see it move faster again soon!
