I find if I eat my protein I'm not hungry between meals. Sometimes when I snack like on an apple or banana it is more out of boredom than hunger. But... If I wait too long to eat my next meal I find I start grazing. Not good, so focusing mostly on protein now. I was told apples are high in carbs. What to do? It is basically the only fruit I eat

I stalled in December. Lost 6 in January and now stalled again. Trying to be very patient. 10 pounds down and I'll be happy then we will go from there. Go to see surgeon next month hope he is happy with 108 off since last March.

I have lost 102 pounds with about 20 to go. Scale has moved up and down the month of dec. finally down again. If you have had any fast food that will do it or high salt foods. Hang in there.

My hair loss started about three months after my weight loss surgery. It has been almost 9 months and I have noticed a decrease in loss. I also take Biotin everyday.
