  1. Would love to hear from my fellow May 5th Sleevers, today is our Six-Month Anniversary and want to know how we are all doing!! I am 67 lbs down today and have felt amazingly GREAT!!! No set backs, no regrets and loving my little sleeved tummy. I am super happy, wearing size 12 jeans (which I have not since the 6th grade)!!! I love the new me and am proud to voice how wonderful I feel and how happy I am to have made this decision in my life! I wholeheartedly thank God and my surgeon for this! I hope all my "Cinco de Mayo" Sleevers are as happy as i am with your results!!!

  2. Happy Birthday and NOOOOO don't chicken out! YOU WILL FOREVER remember being 45 because that year in your life will be GREAT!!!!!! I'm 52 and loving life after so many years of being heavy, not feeling good and not looking good either. I love love love my sleeve WLS and am happy and feel amazingly great!! Stay positive and before you know it, you'll be thin, and HEALTHY!! Here's to many many many more years! Salud!

  3. I work in an office too, I took 4 weeks off and glad I did. Even though I felt really pretty good after 7 days, I'm glad I took all that time because I got my "food intake" in order, did all my walking so my gas pains were all gone and when I returned to work 4 weeks later I was feeling GREAT!!!!!!!!! That's just about the time I got all my energy back and was about 20 lbs less!

  4. Good luck. Remember to walk walk walk walk walk.....that's really the only thing that makes the gas pains go away. Gas X helps, but nothing like walking! Don't worry, you'll be just fine in a couple of days. It gets better then before you know it, those pounds will come sliding down. Stay positive, all good things to come!!
