Premier Protein is a good one. It's not chalky at all. They sell it at costco.

Oh yes!!! That 3 week stall! I think we all went through it. It lasted 2 weeks for me then I suddenly dropped 7 lbs. it hit me again at 3 months and again a sudden drop. Don't let it discourage you.

Hold on everyone! It gets better! I am 3.5 months out and have experienced almost all of the above. After about the first 4 weeks you will really start to feel normal again. Especially after you start eating regular food. (For me about 6-8 weeks) the cramping and spasms first days out are normal happened to me and my surgeon kept assuring me it would get better and it did. The "hard" spot under your incision is most likely the sutures they use underneath I had the same thing as well. And they dissolve. I doubted myself in those first couple if weeks but boy am I glad I did it. I am 70 lbs lighter now and fit into a size 10. All my weight related issues have gone away and life is great. Hang in there!!!! ❤️

I am 3.5 months out and still get dizzy often when I stand up. I get 60-70 grams of Protein a day and even days when I get all my Water in it still happens. I wonder if it's just because I don't eat very much.

This happened to me too. Although you should call the doc ASAP I wouldn't panic. For me..Turns out it was a little old blood that got stuck under the skin/stitch. There was a little bit of puss so the doctor gave me an antibiotic just in case. I was fine the next day and no more leakage. Hope it turns out to be something simple for you!!!

jesswls got a reaction from thesuse2000 in What a strange trip this is - surgery 5-29
    Hello hrhlaurie,
I am 6 days post op and all of the things you said described how I felt about a week before my surgery. Encouragement from my friends is what helped me to realize that I have always been able to do it on my own.. No problem. But guess what. I always gain it back. I am so glad I did not cancel the surgery. I am not going to lie. The first few days were pretty tough. I even cried a few times. But here I am only 6 days later and so so glad I did it. I am feeling better every day and I even ventured out to the Vitamin store today for some Isopure. I just had the guy carry the case out to my car. Haha. I think this surgery was the final missing tool I needed to finally be successful at losing weight and I wouldn't go back for any thing. I hope that helps. ❤️

Talk to your Dr. about Zofran. It has worked wonders for my nausea. And my surgeon's response when I told her I was worried about taking medication "you cannot overdose on Zofran" lol! So I was good with that. I was taking 2 every 4-6 hours and nausea went away 100%
