I'm always cold can't seem to get warm!!!

Am so excited! I've lost 101 pounds! I'm 8 months post op and can't believe how wonderful this feels! Had to share my exciting news with people who would understand my excitement! I've attached some before and after pics!

My daughter was in the hospital !! The one I had my sleeve done in!!
So I spent three days there, and had to eat there the looks I got when I went to the cafeteria was unbelievable...... I stood next to a dr ordering a cheese burger, and loaded fries and tell the man making it how unhealthy it is!! When the man preparing the food asks me what I would like and I say one plain grilled chicken breast please!! The look on the Drs face and the mans face worth a million !! Then man said would you like a bun ?? I said no thank you plain will be fine!!!

I have to agree GOD made my decision!! I wasn't thinking about this at all never knew of the sleeve until a co-worker asked me to go with her and be her support !! I sat in on the meeting and raised my hand my husband had no clue until later!! I believe it was God at work again!! Good luck oh ya my surgery is April 2 can't wait feel like a three year old waiting for Santa !!!!

So down!! Calm down !! You will be fine you don't urinate the same u need Fluid in to have fluid out!! Small sips get some gatorade , Vitamin Water small sips you can so it I couldn't so Protein at first either try popsicles ice chips something !! Good luck

Some people know and some don't !! I'm just saying eating better excising !! And increasing my Protein !!

I guess one of the biggest question is !!..... Why are people so concerned 1. So they think they need it done?? 2. Are they afraid we will look better then them??? 3. Do they have a family or friend that would benefit from weight lose surgery !! Let's face it almost everyone struggles with weight!!

Sweats are my down fall also!! So so hard!! I'm hoping every day I cans get a little stronger !!!

Taking way to much wear comfortable stretchy clothes !!! That a tooth brush and tooth paste comb/ brush that will do it !! Reading won't happen take cell phone and charger nothing really happens you wake up and try to use the bathroom take a walk go back to sleep!! For the gas try to lay on your stomach as soon as possible !!!

I so agree had a few of those yesterday!! Made me very upset starting to think are they right!! But they are not told my step father !! who weights over 300 lbs if it was so easy why hasn't he done it??? They wouldn't take a The alcoholic to a bar three times a day and put a shot glass down and say this is all u can have and see you at noon and five!!! And don't forget your family and friends are their drinking in front of you!! I love it when people say but you won't be able to eat this and that when your done bullshit I will be able to I just won't have to eat it all!!!

I was done April 2'and doing wonderful but this head hunger I could so do without !! Started walking the last two days 3 miles each day down about 20 lbs feeling well!! How is everyone else doing!!
