    Hey. I have been doing Optifast since Aug 9th. My last day is September 6. Surgery Sept 10th . I have lost 17lbs drinking them. I had to do 4weeks of Optifast prior to surgery.

    I love love love Zumba, &nbsp;I sucked at it at 264 pounds and I am a little better at it at 152 pounds. &nbsp;Either way, it's the funnest of all funs in MY opinion. &nbsp;<br><br>

    Love this response!!!! Ty and you are so right. Zumba is fun and doesn't matter if you hit all the moves.....as long as you are moving!!!!!

    My sleeve is September 10th!!! Currently on my 2nd week of 4 Pre op diet!!!!!

    Hey Everyone!

    My name is Katarina, I'm 26 and I live in Minnesota! Just met with my surgeon today to schedule my VSG! I chose Tuesday, September 2nd, the day after Labor Day! My pre-op liquid diet starts Saturday, August 23rd. Wondering if anyone else is having surgery on or around this date? I would LOVE to have a surgery buddy! Someone who is going through what I am, when I am, so we can help each other out! Also, if anyone has an Instagram, my user name is liberianne_gal. I follow tons of amazing men and women who have went through Weight Loss Surgery and have fantastic stories! Can't wait to create my own!

    Well...Getting closer. It feels as if time has stopped. LOL!!!! Saturday I start my 30/day Optifast diet! Have to lose 13.6 lbs before my surgery on September 10th. I'm so ready to see September!!!!!! :) Traveling to SC every week for weigh in and Pre surgery classes. Should make my time go faster. Not much longer now for all of us September sleevers!!!!

    Anyone else having surgery on September 10??? I'm looking for a buddy.

    Roanoke here. I'm 6 months post op and doing good. Weight loss from highest weight is 90 lbs. 35 lbs pre op the rest after. I used Dr Lucktong at Carilion Roanoke Memorial. He was great and I only stayed in one night with no drain. No complications!!

    Wonderful. I'm in Roanoke too. My surgery is September 10th. I'm having mine In South Carolina. I started in April...

    <p>Soooooo, how's everyone doing on this thread with loosing weight on your/our own? &nbsp;I started in mid-February and I've lost 12-15 (depending on day of the month) pounds with just cutting down on carbs, skipping some Desserts and walking/jogging a couple times a week. &nbsp;I'm logging on mfp. Clothes fitting better.....Just 2 more months to meet insurance qualifications....</p>

    OK here is an update... My surgery was approved!!!! I will have surgery September 10th... I start my Optifast Sat Aug 9 until September 8th.... I had my EGD on Last Friday. I have to lose 13.6lbs by September 2nd. But with only eating and drinking the Optifast products, I should be able to do it...I've heard really good things about it. How is everyone else doing on their journey????¿

    Hello All. Got my official surgery date. September 10!!!!! I start my Optifast Saturday, Aug 9th for 4weeks. I have to go weekly for my weigh in. My endoscopy is Friday. Anesthesia pre appts Sept 2....I am so excited and ready. So from this point I have to pretty much go to South Carolina every week starting this week up until my surgery.... Oh Yea I live in Virginia, but I love driving.... Oh I stopped smoking July 14th.....Good luck to everyone on your Journey..... I would love a buddy who really wants to share with one another about this journey.
