    Help. Afraid I've messed up

We all get scared of messing up. I have been in a stall for the past 3 weeks and now barely loosing some weight. I sometimes like to munch on things. I don't think you messed up. We just start loosing fast and then gradually. Just have patience. You will do great. The stalls suck.

    Success after 5 years?

I know I am new at this guys but we had major surgery and need to understand that we must control ourselves and build healthy habits. We cannot cut 80% of our stomachs and go back eating like pigs. We must have some self control and respect our bodies

    Protein

I'm going to try ordering them and see how I do. I know I need it. I even tried chobani yogurt with protein... Needless to say how awful that was. Everything tastes horrible and almost makes me throw up.

    Constantly in pain.

Thank u so much. This really helps me. I will look into the Protein Shakes n soups and will call my doc as soon as he gets in. I do have great pain killers I just hate the sleepy grogginess that comes with it. I started taking Tylenol extra strength. It helps. I was just a little worried that I'm the only one that's taking it so hard and I'm usually the type to just walk off any pain or sickness. your answer really helped me thank u.
  14. It gets easier. I kept on coughing after the tube which was more painful than the surgery itself. I am 9 days post op and in drink soups and jello and no more problems. You will be fine. I thought I couldn't survive after day 2.
  15. I guys. I had my surgery on the 31st of March but my insides are aching like crazy. I had the drain removed yesterday and the hole is still open and weird feeling. Is it supposed to be this painful? And I can't really take the protein shakes, I feel like vomiting so I stop. I bought premier different tastes but they all taste like chalk. I am just frustrated with this feeling of weakness and I keep having shortness of breath. I also haven't had a BMW after surgery. Is that normal? I need some encouragement.
