Aspire - how are you doing? I think I start my pre-op diet on Wednesday. My surgery is July 30th.

Kevswhif - I have the Dr. Gandsas too. My surgery is July 30th. This Tuesday I see dr. Gandsas, Arianne and get blood word done. I'm sure I will start the diet the next day. Best wishes with your surgery and a speedy recovery.

Misty of course we can be buddies. We have so many buddies here, SoniaJ, and pik just to name a few. We are all in this together. We will help each other get through this surgery. Are you on your pre-op protein shakes yet? I've been doing two shakes a say just trying it out and I lost 6lbs already. I love my shakes!

WOW acampbell you look amazing! In two weeks I start my liquid diet having surgery 7/30 Lord knows I can't wait! It's very hard for me to concentrate on anything else. I have been Cleaning my house to keep myself busy.

The Doctor changed my date to July 30 because I have barettes esphogus.

Bookworm - are you able to eat regular food now? Did the weight come off fast?
