  1. Hi guys,
It’s great to see everyone is doing well!! Such great losses!! I am down 35 lbs and like some of you, wish it was coming off faster. However, it’s going in the right direction.
I have to say, I do love the fact that my body tells me when I am full. And when I am full, there is no pushing past it. I can still eat all of the foods my family has, just a smaller portion.
My biggest issue for me, right now is exercise. I have excruciating joint pain in my hips and it makes it hard for me to do too much. I am hoping as my weight goes down, the pain will decrease.
I am so happy to see that people are doing great!!

  2. Anyone still have nausea, I feel sick when I wake up and off and on most of the day. Hunger is real , but I'm being good. Water consumption is a struggle so I've been drinking hot Decaf tea. I'm having a hard time coming up with good food menus that the whole house will eat. Any suggestions?

I still feel nauseous almost daily. Ginger gravol has become my friend. I find water hard as well, as I really want to gulp it down. I have to remind myself to sip!

  3. I'm a Nov 8th sleever, hope you don't mind me jumping in...
I feel great, but I'm at a stall, started working out with a personal trainer, but I don't think I'm eating enough, nothing tastes good, if I plan my meals, I just eat it but searching the fridge on the weekend is horrible and I end up eating nothing...do any of you have a daily meal journal that's allowing you to hit the 70-90g of Protein? ? I'm seriously bored with eating and prepping....

I hear ya, bored with the same things! I like to have the Premier Protein shakes. I have two a day, one for Breakfast and one for a mid afternoon snack and that’s 60 grams of protein with just those alone.

  4. Hell everyone,
how is everybody doing? I am doing okay I have lost 24 since the surgery. I can’t believe it has almost been two months. I am eating okay and trying to exercise. Saw my surgeon yesterday and he said I have to exercise more. I am having a hard time eating chewable vitamins they taste awful. Is everyone up and exercising? How is the weight loss going?

24 lbs is great! I haven’t done much exercise at this point because I am still so darn tired! Our family had the flu over Christmas so we are still all exhausted! Hoping to get moving more.

  5. Well almost 6 weeks. Doing well. Lost 42 pounds. I'm not eating a hole lot but I'm making my numbers. Been walking 20 min a day which comes out to a mile. But its getting cold out. I'm getting between 600 and 750 cals a day. When I do eat I always feel so full afterwards. I'm eating slow but not judging right amount to eat. Hope everyone is doing well and to have a Great Holiday. Joe.

    That’s amazing!!

  6. Congrats everyone on the weight loss! I am definitely able to eat a little more, but still struggling with the Water. But I generally don’t get more than 700 calories per day. I

The worst part is, I feel so tired! I am supposed to go back to work next week and I am exhausted all day long. I barely get 4000 steps a day ugh!

I tell you, I can’t wait for eggs once I get to mushy stage after 4 weeks!

    How’s everyone feeling today?

  7. I have lost about 10 lbs since surgery, 20 total since starting pre -op. I am taking a medication to prevent gallstones and just read that the primary side effect is weight gain [emoji15]. So, I am feeling like taking the medication is counter productive, but I also don’t want gallstones too! Frustrating to say the least. I don’t each much in the run of a day and am really struggling with the Water daily but am trying. I managed to get up to 4000 steps total yesterday. Each day I slowly start to feel a little better. Congrats on the weight loss everyone!
