  1. Crazy that’s it been almost a year! I am struggling to say the least! How about everyone else?
  2. Hi guys, It’s great to see everyone is doing well!! Such great losses!! I am down 35 lbs and like some of you, wish it was coming off faster. However, it’s going in the right direction. I have to say, I do love the fact that my body tells me when I am full. And when I am full, there is no pushing past it. I can still eat all of the foods my family has, just a smaller portion. My biggest issue for me, right now is exercise. I have excruciating joint pain in my hips and it makes it hard for me to do too much. I am hoping as my weight goes down, the pain will decrease. I am so happy to see that people are doing great!!
  3. Final weigh in is 220. Didn’t come close to my goal for this challenge, but at least it’s heading in the right direction. Thanks for running this challenge!
  4. I still feel nauseous almost daily. Ginger gravol has become my friend. I find water hard as well, as I really want to gulp it down. I have to remind myself to sip!
  5. I hear ya, bored with the same things! I like to have the Premier Protein shakes. I have two a day, one for breakfast and one for a mid afternoon snack and that’s 60 grams of protein with just those alone.
  6. 24 lbs is great! I haven’t done much exercise at this point because I am still so darn tired! Our family had the flu over Christmas so we are still all exhausted! Hoping to get moving more.
  7. Sw 230 Cw 224.2 Gw 205 Have a great holiday everyone!
  8. Oh no! How come? Sipping water every half hour?
  9. Almost 6 weeks out. How is everyone doing?
  10. Finally some movement in the back right direction!! CW 226.2 GW 205
  11. I am not moving at all!! In fact, I went up .2. Today’s weight is 228.8.
  12. How is everyone doing today? Two weeks since surgery today! I don’t know about anyone else, but my weight hasn’t moved much this week. I am still pretty tired and really need to fight to get the water in, but I am trying. How is everyone feeling?
  13. Amazing! Thank you so much! CW 230 GW 205
  14. Is it too late to join this? I am just 10 days post op.
  15. Congrats everyone on the weight loss! I am definitely able to eat a little more, but still struggling with the water. But I generally don’t get more than 700 calories per day. I The worst part is, I feel so tired! I am supposed to go back to work next week and I am exhausted all day long. I barely get 4000 steps a day ugh! I tell you, I can’t wait for eggs once I get to mushy stage after 4 weeks! How’s everyone feeling today?
  16. I have lost about 10 lbs since surgery, 20 total since starting pre -op. I am taking a medication to prevent gallstones and just read that the primary side effect is weight gain [emoji15]. So, I am feeling like taking the medication is counter productive, but I also don’t want gallstones too! Frustrating to say the least. I don’t each much in the run of a day and am really struggling with the water daily but am trying. I managed to get up to 4000 steps total yesterday. Each day I slowly start to feel a little better. Congrats on the weight loss everyone!
  17. I am using the Flinstones chewable ones for now lol! I have some other ones to start once healed more, but for now just those ones.
  18. One week out and feeling much better. I too, am already tired of the shakes. It’s tough to get the water in as well! I go tomorrow to have my staples removed. How much time do you guys have off of work?
  19. I had mine Nov 7 too! How are you feeling? I am feeing pretty nauseous still ?.
  20. Thank you so much for the suggestions! I will try them. I am feeling a little better today, but still pretty weak feeling and a little nauseous. One day at a time I guess!
