Glad u are doing better..Yes i do recall seeing a lil streak of blood in the dry heaving...But this also passed....Stay positive and this too shall pass.

Let me say this...don't know where u got your info from... but having a bypass does not mean u don't eat "crap"...I personally know someone who had a Gastric bypass and gained 50% of the weight back or more..She maintain the weight for about 2years maybe more...Then the weight all came back...Please remember we all ALL human what started out great for her sticking to the healthy plan just did not stick.... if u have determination it must be for a life style and life time...no matter the surgery u choose...The dumping is horrible... if u are tempted to eat Crap so u choose a surgery that makes u dumped? a tad strange to me. Weight loss surgery is a tool not a solution, good luck!!!

I was told the other day i have a long neck....Oh and i do see it ...but its all good ill take turkey neck any day instead of a fat neck

Lol the stories of our lives....i have the same issues.... I sit on the bike at the gym and thought hmmmm seat is too hard..but its the cushion i lost loosing weight....i'll take that any day thank u...

This is soo true the surgery is just a part of it...the struggles continue this is not easy and people think its an easy way out...Trust if i stayed home and watch Tele and not go walking or the Gym the weight would not move...Its winter here and the weather is horrible but every after work i ski ..slid to the Gym...The temptations are there but i fight them every day....Good luck to you !!!

Stop worrying about the stalls...you have a whole year to get to your goals...just keep drinking and the stalls will pass...

Today makes 2months and i do get hungry sometimes but not all the time....I just have water or tea...

No winter challenge here even when am getting frost bites LOL i hit the gym...

I avoided these shows...but after surgery i started watching...The guy who got u in shape in a year had an episode which made me cry...A young lady had soo much confidence or seems to.. Had no support from her mum and grand-mum...even the first meet they all sit around having fast food while the trainer was there...But she hid it all with a beautiful smile i just thought the pain she's hiding...I know i hid behind my beautiful face and the fact that oh am intelligent !!!.but the pain run deep..

Well i call it CRANKY...lol just about everything gets to me...As i leave work early today due to the Blizzard.. the T was packed..some inconsiderate women have her backpack on...normally i'll just move not today i turned around and said some crazy shyte to her...all eyes on me but i did not care....i sucked my teeth and continued telling her what i thought of her...i was totally shocked at my self...

I have the chips and bars one a day with shakes...the bars a excellent...the chips takes some getting use to...but its all about the protein...
