  2. Your new tummy is still numb. You will start to have a full sensation soon. That is why it is important to follow the portions and only eat for 20 minutes with small bites. I used and still do baby spoons to slow me down. I put Protein in everything and track it all on myfitnesspal.com Add a broth with protein in it if you are short, the protein in this stage is for healing so it is important!! Good Luck! Lenni

  4. I am 5 weeks and the scale WILL NOT move. I track everything and have to proper Protein, average 600 calories a day and still nothing! Yikes! am I the ONE that this will not work on??? Lord please give me strength

  11. I did too, but I sliced the banana and froze the slices. only need 2 slices per shake!! Good Luck and don't beat yourself up!!

  13. I went back at 2 weeks, that was Friday! I feel good but tired and tired of liquids! LOL Let yourself heal!!! Good luck!
