  1. I had my surgery on July 14, 2014, and have lost 61 lbs since then. I haven't lost a lb in the past 3 weeks! I'm not complaining, but.....i'm starting to feel like I did before I had the surgery. Starting to feel hungry more and more. Does the pouch stretch back that quickly? And another thing that kinda scares me is that I do not get sick from eating anything....even chocolate! Is that normal?!?!? I'm just starting to worry that this was all for not and I do NOT want to go back to where I was!!! With the time change and the weather, I haven't gotten to do much walking in the past few weeks. Not sure if that would make a major impact on hunger pains and not losing a single pound. Wound greatly appreciate any and all input.....thanks!!
  2. Thanks so much! I did just start using My Fitness Pal, too. I guess I just need to be patient with the whole process.
  3. Hi! I just had surgery on July 14th and am on the pureed phase now. I am no where near the goal on the grams of Protein. Do you all rely on Protein drinks in this phase? And another worry I'm having....I don't feel full when I eat. I could eat the whole 5 ounce yogurt but I make sure I stop 2/3 way through it. Should I be worried about that? Thanks in advance!!!
