I had the Lap Band my sister had the Gastric Bypass, I did not want that. She is throwing up all the time, on account of nothing agrees with her stomach. She had this surgery about 6 years ago and I just didn't want to go thru everything that she did.

We'll I see I can't spell. How do I go about changing my height on here. It says I am only 3 feet tall.

Boy I sure hope it passes soon cause the way I am feeling right now I could probably deck him. LOL! Another question where do I go to. Can gorge my height. I see that on here I am only 3 feet tall. That is along way from 5'7"

Another question I am so very grouchy. Every time I think my dh hasn't done something the way I think he should I really tear his head off. Is this normal? He has gone to pick me up some unflavored protien that I can put into my soups, not getting much right now, could that have something to do with the way I am right now?

Everyone is correct I never should have gotten on the scales told everyone that I am still swollen and have gas. I am still on the full liquid diet for another week, them I start the puréed diets. My paperwork does say if I can tolerate the full liquid diet after 8 days I can start stage 3 but I will probably stay on stage 2 Yes I do need to call the doc, I had a cough for 2 months before the surgery finally got rid of it and now it's back. Thank you everyone for your responses.

So So excited to be on this journey! I have alway been a skinny person, when I was little my parents sent me to a Nurtrition Camp to try and fatten me up. Then I moved out of state with my Dh, no friends, no job and messed up my back and had to have surgery, then had to have surgery on my knee. As I just sat around I just got fatter and fatter. Then depression sat in and I just kept eating and got even more fatter! We live in the woods on a mountain about 35 minutes from town, and not a very big town either. Anyway I just happened to be in town one day and saw a billboard, my heart jumped, Lap Band Surgery, oh yes that is what I wanted. Am happy to say it took me almost a year but I got it and I am so excited to lose this weight. Went thru all my clothes and have sizes ranging from 12 to 20, separated them and now I will get a chance to wear them again for a while, then they are gone. I want to get back down to a size 11 hopefully. I am still sore in a couple of spots, as it hasn't even been a week yet and boy oh boy does my left collar bone hurt? Don't know why though. I had to do a clear liquid diet for a week before the surgery and I can tell you I am very sick of liquids. Sometimes I feel as if I am very hungry but when I do eat its only a couple of bites. I can't wait to eat real food again. Can someone tell me where do we get the ticker from for the weight loss please? Verna

Now see I don't understand I was told not to drink thru a straw on account of the air bubbles causing gas.

Progresso Light Creamy Potato Soup With Bacon and cheese Put into blender/bullit/vitamix or whatever and puree, pour into a bowl and sprinkle fat free cheddar on top, throw into microwave and heat. YUM YUM!!!!
