Start doing some work outs at home video wii fit I do those and I make my own stuff up.. I cook to meals one meal for my Fam and a very small meal for me my meals last 2 to 3 days I drink a lot of Protein Shakes well 2 a day equals 60 grams of protein.. He needs to have your back your journey is not a game!!! This is your life!!!!

finally after all that running around I got a date. Im scheduled for January 20th, 2014 with Dr Koshy at St Lukes Hospital. Thats in NY. I was expecting a sooner date but he will be on vacation on December.
I am so glad to finally have my date. what about you guys? anyone else has a date for January?

How far out from surgery are you? You most likely didn't "stretch" your pouch, but that's a lot of food for someone to consume with a new sleeve. Has the discomfort eased? If not, call your doctor.
