    I need advice

Ok this is for all the sleevers who are 6 mo out or more. Will I ever be able to eat a meal again? Is it possible? I'm only 3 weeks post op and I can't hardly eat anything. I know that's probably the norm, but I was just wondering later on what can and do you eat? I also have these "moments" of depression about not being able to eat like I use to even though I know I would over eat. I don't want that, but it's like I'm morning food at times. Is that crazy? I just talk my way through it and then I get on the scales and I'm happy with my progress. Just wondering if I'm the only one that has experienced this. Thanks for any input.

    100!

You look amazing! You are so pretty. If your only 21 you have made the right decision. I'm 56 and I wish I had done this 10 yrs ago. I'm just a week post op and before pre-op I weighed 214. Now I weigh 197. It's coming off slowly but surely. Can't wait till I can get back down to my normal size.

    Milk of magnesia for constipation

Tomorrow will be a week for me also. I am going thru the same thing. I called my Dr and he told me I could take pill form Mucalax. I've took one per day for the last 3 days and today they moved just a little. Dr. said I could take what I normally did which is the Mucalax. Just don't take anything that has steroids in it. Hope it gets better for you.

    NERVOUS!

You had your surgery same day as I did! Great someone I can follow. I hope all went well with you. I ended up having a hiatia hernia removed as well. ( didn't know I had it) That bothered me more so. I think if I hadn't had that mine would have been a lot easier. My third day was the worst. Pain meds wore off, hernia spot was really sore and I slept off and on the entire day. Today was better though. I've been up and about today. Hope you are doing okay. Let me know. Mercedesgirl
  7. My husband doesn't have a weight issue either, but I told him how much I weigh. I use to not, but I felt like if I was gonna do this and he was gonna support me in it that I would tell him. He loves you no matter what and I'm sure he'll be your biggest cheerleader!
  8. Thurs. March 6 is my surgery. I'm scared and excited at the same time. If anyone has any advice or helpful hints for me please let me know.
