day 2 : liquid diet..feeling a lil better hopefully that continues

Pre-op class today was great! I feel very prepared! 12 days to go!

ok so today i started my liquid diet and lets just say I am NOT a fan of this protien drink ! ewwwwww!!!

surgery is at 10:30 tomorrow so many emotions going threw me right now... ah... (>.<)

ok so im planning out what to buyto statrt pre op liquid diet.. any suggestions or ideas? this seems so hard....talking with my hubby makes them ssem so possible..im so thankful for my support system. he says he is going to do the liquid protien diet with me

Not nervous for surgery - but a bit anxious for the pre-op diet! Weird - right?

It's a new day...

got my pre surgical date . 10 more days till my new life!

My renewed commitment is paying off! 110 lbs down, and muscles are emerging!

Preop diet starts today. I am officially on my way. surgery April 8th 7 a.m.

Sick with a head cold but sticking to my plan!!!

Week 1 Post op down 5 lbs. Super excited

Super happy I got this surgery, and that more and more people are supporting me. I am here back to work today after surgery this past wednesday and feel good so far, but I am sure the tired feeling will come on at some point.
