    After my morning workout (5 miles walk/run) I saw a number I haven't seen in a long time 169. I hope in the morning I'm close too it. I will be happy with anything at this point

    3rd fill. .5cc...according to them I'm at 5cc. 172 at office down 5 pds since June 3 visit..I was 170 at home in the buff. I hoping to reach my June goal

    venting once again

    I realize the weight will not just fall off. I know this journey is work. Sometimes I feel I have to work harder with the band. It's just frustrating at time when you work hard and eat right but don't see any results. I know slow is what better for long term results. I just wish I could see a glimmer if hope on the scale. I set small goals so I wouldn't set myself up for failure but I can't reach the small ones. Sorry to sound like I'm whiny but this is the only place I have to express my frustration with people who understand

  8. Today was my second fill at the doctors office. I got one cc in my Band for a total 4 cc's in a 12Cc band. I told the nurse that I was hungry all the time I had no problem eating bread or anything else. She said the protocol was 1 cc and I have an appointment to go back in 3 weeks for a nother one cc. I can't keep taking off from work every 3 wks. I want to see some restrictions. Trying not to be frustrated but goodness.

    A GOOD sports bra

    i have an under armour one. When i was teaching aeorbics someone recommended to me to wear two. 1 light weight one and a heavy duty one to prevent your boobies from jumping in your face when you are running or doing aeorbics. That maybe a little much for some people but it works well for me. I have purchased some 5.99 sports bras one size small and then a $30 bra.

    Just want to VENT!

    I normally eat breakfast around 8 am. I do differently things to prevent boredom. I have oatmeal,yogurt and smoothies. I normally have a snack around 10 then lunch at 12 another snack around 330. I am at gym at 545 till 645. I drink a protein shake on the way home from gym. Then after a shower I eat dinner. I have noticed a change in clothes but I maybe to obsessed with the number. I will try measuring myself monthly. Thanks everyone
