      They advised me its normal until all the gas works its way out. i have been playing this out in my head to remind myself as well "walk walk walk sip sip sip" like a song. I hope it goes away soon.

      Walking is the best way!! I walked and "burped"!! A lot!!! LOL Praying you will have relief soon. Are you also using GasX strips? They do help some.
