I've been out of surgery 1yr2months,I've lost a total of 113lbs.I've never had no complcations.no dumping.no nausea.really no pain after surgery.the problem I do have is the change.problems in my relationship.that I've been in for 9yrs.he acts different.he has pushed me away.and never has complemented me.very rude to me.I don't understand him.plus I had friends.and family treat me in a rude way .all women,I didn't expect people to treat me different.

I'm 7 weeks post bypass, my Doc and Nut did not give a calorie limit, they just said 60 to 80 grams of protein, 100 grams of carbs, and 30 grams of fats, with at least 10 grams of good fat being consumed at one meal. I am getting in 60 to 70 grams of protein a day, but rarely meet the carb and fats limits. Nut says that ok for now, to just concentrate on the good dense proteins.
