I've been out of surgery 1yr2months,I've lost a total of 113lbs.I've never had no complcations.no dumping.no nausea.really no pain after surgery.the problem I do have is the change.problems in my relationship.that I've been in for 9yrs.he acts different.he has pushed me away.and never has complemented me.very rude to me.I don't understand him.plus I had friends.and family treat me in a rude way .all women,I didn't expect people to treat me different.

I'm 7 weeks post bypass, my Doc and Nut did not give a calorie limit, they just said 60 to 80 grams of protein, 100 grams of carbs, and 30 grams of fats, with at least 10 grams of good fat being consumed at one meal. I am getting in 60 to 70 grams of protein a day, but rarely meet the carb and fats limits. Nut says that ok for now, to just concentrate on the good dense proteins.

don't beat yourself up over it, we all have to fight the demons from our past and love for food, I only lost 1 lb this week and I think it's cause I found that I am tolerating more carbs and I need to back away from them!!!

So what is this chicken thing that you eat??? I am always looking for new ways of getting in my protein!!! I am restricted to what I eat and how much, I have a hard time with a lot. and getting hungry quick is definitely not an issue I have!!! I am never hungry???

  8. same problem i had was finding Protein to be honest i failed at protein i was sleeved in april 2nd and have yet to finish a Protein Drink since before my surgery i know what i can and cannot tollerate i throw in an extra snack after you get to eat chicken and such i recomend weight watchers brand its got 32 grams per chicken brest there 5oz i can eat 3 1/2 and the rest is my snack so if protein is a problem i planned around the drinks and shakes i just cannot force myself to drink something that gives me a headache or makes me feel sick

4 weeks post op & scale isn't decreasing

ur body is going threw a major change allow it time to adjust and go back to normal.... i went threw a stall from week 3- week 6 it was horrible and i struggled the first week to try to accept that i wasnt doing anything wrong and it was hard to look past the scale not moving 15lbs is the average weight loss per month from what my surgeon told me so for you to loose 26lb in 2 weeks thats amazing!!!.... dont stress and put the scale up for a few more weeks

  24. After surgery u will regret cheating the diet so that's why they make u go threw this before u have to be strong and choose ur life over food.... it's just food it's not going anywhere and one day u may be able to have it again but u didn't go threw all the pre op crap to let sweets ruin it... stay strong
