Down to 291, but I have a hernia now, doc says its not an emergency. But it needs to be fixed
I feel like I can fit more in my pouch and I'm really worried I'm stretching it ugh.

How long ago did you have your surgery?
After six months your pouch get from a golf ball size to an egg size that is what I was told.
So it will hold a little more then the four ounces allowed at a time.
I would check with your surgeon or nutritionist about this.
Try to relax and give them a call.

My surgery date was March 3rd it just seems that I can eat more than I used too, of course it all depends on the food I eat.
