  7. I was sleeved May 20th 2014. I just started using my fitness pal, Everyone is welcome to add me. jennylynngann@gmail.com
  8. @@sleevegirl2 WOW! 40 lbs, that's awesome! Oh I am so glad I only had to stay on full liquids for a week! I couldn't have handled it any longer, lol. I do the same thing with foods, one day I'll be able to eat almost a whole scrambled egg, then the next day only 2 bites! Every food is going to be different. It's crazy but I'm guessing it's the new "normal". @@gbstreck 19 lbs in less than 3 weeks is amazing! You are definitely doing a great job! Have either of you started exercising yet? All I'm cleared for right now is walking, swimming, and I'm able to use those resistant bands.
  9. @@gbstreck I've lost a total of 25 lbs. I lost 12 lbs pre-op and 13 lbs post-op and I've lost a total of 9 inches so far. I'm very pleased with my weight loss! I did have a whole week where I didn't lose anything though. How are you doing? @@sleevegirl2 What stage are you at right now?
  10. I got cleared for soft foods today! Yay! So tonight I'm having baked chicken, carrots, and sweet peas! Yum! I know I won't eat much of any of those but hey, I get to chew! lol
  11. Today's weight 233 lbs Goal weight for the 4th of July - 220 lbs
  12. You look amazing!! And I'm sure you feel amazing too! Excellent job!!
  13. I've had a little bit of head hunger but that's it. I doubt you stretched your stomach just by drinking shakes. That's awesome you're getting in all your fluids, I wish I could!! I started purée foods Tuesday and the only thing my stomach likes is cottage cheese, but I'm fine with that! I love cottage cheese!! lol
  14. Ask and let me know!! lol My follow up appointment isn't until June 9th! I told my husband that I didn't know if the pain meant I was drinking/eating to fast or if it means I'm full or what exactly it means. But I'm glad I'm not the only one it happens to. Mine doesn't last long either but it makes me not want to take too many drinks/bites.
  15. I went back to work today. I only worked 6 hours instead of 10 hrs like I normally do. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I'm having a hard time getting in my fluids though. When it goes down it feels really cold then I get a little pain in my stomach. Anyone else feel this little pain?
  16. Looking good!! Keep up the great work!
  17. Count me in!! I'll post my CW and goal Friday!! This will be my first challenge & I'm excited!
  18. I was wondering the same thing. I'm still using mine bc when I take a deep breathe it hurts a little and I've been coughing some. (Especially at night)
  19. I had my surgery may 20th around 9:30am and was able to come home yesterday. I'm having lots of gas pains, been taking gas x but it's not working that well. I've also been very nauseated and have actually thrown up 2 or 3 times. (Hurts like heck!) Hopefully today I will start feeling better. I hope everyone else is doing well!
  20. Wow! You are doing an amazing job. Truly inspiring! Keep updating, because I'd love to see how you are doing. My surgery is tomorrow, then I'll be on the losers bench with you!
