    My protein drink is called Pure Protein shake it comes in like a soda can they come in different flavors I've gotten strawberry and cookies and cream both taste great the strawberry has 1 gram of carbs and like 1 to no grams of sugar. There all 35 grams of protein and I have to take in 60 to 80 grams a day and I do it. There 31.00 a case comes in a 12 pack.. I think there the bomb..

      Do u have a strong support group behind u? That's the one thing ur gonna need as well a good supportive husband if u have one,, I would be there if I really knew u like that becuz this thing is serious and it's a life changing situation for real goodbye fast food for ever.. But you will be excellent..

    You would really. Have to easy being post op at least a good month before exercising but u can get out and walk up to your 30 mins but take your time doing that also.. Wish u the best
