    I'm 1 month post-op and in still only walking so my stomach doesn't hurt.

    I'm brand new here, not quite sure what I'm doing:). I'm excited to see you all talking about what I'm feeling. I'm 4 weeks post op today. I'm on soft foods. I'm scared I'm not eating right because of the carbs. And yes I have a lot of mental hunger, which scares me about grazing. I'm a hairstylist so grazing is my nature.
