Omg I thought I was alone. I'm going through the same thing. I can tolerate pizza, n most wrong things, it seems to go down a lot easier. But then feel bad because you can be jeopardizing the whole process smh
Hello everyone. I was sleeved 8 months ago and what a journey it has been!! As of today, I'm officially down 75lbs from my highest weight!! From 221 to 146!! I go to the gym about 3 -4 days a week, I try to get about 80grams of Protein and around 64oz of Water a day. I had some struggles with nausea early in and had to have my sleeve stretched a little but since then all clear!! To all the new folks and pre ops, stick to it!! It's so worth it!!
