Hi, my name is Lynnette. I've always had weight loss issues. So I wanted to try a different approach, I had the gastric sleeve surgery. My surgery was done on December 23, 2013.The surgery was a success, I haven't had any complications as of yet ( Thank The Lord). My 6month post op visit is in June. So far I feel like the weight loss is moving incredibly slow. The good part is I feel stronger, healthier, and definitely more conscious. The bad part is not knowing if what you're doing is helpful or hurting overall weight loss.
