  2. Lol o crap really hope my feet don't lose to much weight. I was a 6.5 then with the weight gain a 7 and that has to be 7 wide with. I got at least 6 new pair of shoes at size 7. Just figured before the weight gain I was 6.5 so a 7 even if I lose should still..I'm praying fit. Got these killer Coach wedge sneakers Omg lol
  3. Just an update went to my consultation and actually gained the 3 extra lbs I wanted to be a point over my borderline bmi...probably cuz of the 3 beenie bag weights in my bra and leaving my Uggs on lol. But hey 3 lbs is nothing when you're trying to lose at least 80lbs.

    worried please help!

Wow no good last October! My dr wants me doing blood work once a month. Honestly I would say get a second opinion. If your Dr is a regular dr. Try to see an endocrinologist...Please something doesn't sound right. Does anyone else have these same testing length of over 3 months?

    worried please help!

I also have hypothyroidism I haven't had my consult yet but next two weeks. My question for you is this have you checked your TSH levels lately? Are you on synthroid or generic if so how many mcmg? I'm asking because before my dr. Found my right dosage with synthroid I would yoyo now I don't gain or lose but my levels are getting better. When I used the generic brand I also yoyo alot. I know my answer is more questions sorry about that.
  8. We are both in the same boat, that borderline bmi is so tricky. I to have been eating to gain so hope it makes a difference.
  9. It's so weird now that I'm purposely trying to gain I can't gain I keep going maybe a lb up then right back down again smh
  10. Great advice was thinking of trying to place the ankle weights somewhere else, and definitely going to drink a lot of water though water runs right through me, but can't hurt to stack up I'm just shooting for another 5 lbs also my menstrual will be on so that's definitely in my favor of a lb or two.
  11. Well funny thing I've always said I'm 5'0 lol my dr. About 8 months ago says no Joy you're 4'11. I'm like did I shrink he's like no you never got measured we just went by you telling us lol oops!

  15. I never either even with my regular check ups with my pcp it's clothes on though may take shoes off.
  16. Lol seems crazy but hey Idk I'm paranoid so now I'm at the conclusion 2lb ankle weights it is per ankle lol
  17. Lol exactly my thoughts! !!!!!!!
  18. Lol I have to stay laughing I'm at work and they are so paranoid about this snow coming smh mind you it was suppose to start at 7pm! I was trying to think of a place to put the weights that won't be noticeable like my bra...
  19. Lol sheesh I was only going for the 2lb weight per ankle lol....
  20. Lol I'm actually on ebay now seeing if I can get a pair...any excuse to ebay I'm there. So they didn't suspect anything. ...I'm sure they know people cheat but I truly think they aren't concerned about cheating an extra 5 lbs which given time we would have gain triple that amount.
  21. Lol guess in the long run comes down to the good olé $. Deny a patient for not reaching her bmi by 5 lbs and losing thousands of $s. Or simply writing patient is at the correct bmi with zero comobidities even if they are under :-). Let's hope my dr. Sees it that way and even still I'm saying I have no comobidities that has ever surfaced...but who knows.
