I’m down to 205!! 6 lbs till the 100’s!!!! Starting weight was 252, surgery weight was 242. I’m eating about 530 calories a day, 11g carbs, still struggling with Protein. I can’t afford to do Protein Powder at this time so I’m trying my best to get it from food but most days I’m closer to 40 than 60 grams. I’m getting around 30-40 grams of fats.

Breakfast is pretty much the same each day: 1 bacon, one fried egg (cooked in the bacon grease, 3-4 blackberries, and 1/4 an avocado. Comes out to about 207 calories. I was doing chili cheese dogs for lunch (1/4 cup homemade chili, 1 all beef dog and 2 tbsp shredded cheddar—no bun) but I ran out of chili. Now trying to find something new to eat. Didn’t get enough Water yesterday. :/ gonna try better today. Honestly I’m not feeling hungry today. I found that guacamole is a good snack for me. I found that if I go to chipotle and order a steak burrito bowl with no rice or Beans, just steak, cheese, guac, salsa and lettuce it’s pretty good!! I can eat about 1/3-1/2 of it. And it’s not bad cold :)

But im still struggling with what to eat each day ugh. I can’t go to chipotle every day. I can’t make chili every week. And I’m so tired from work—closing on weekends sucks.

So my boss is planning on bringing in treats for us to eat while at work on Halloween since everyone has to work. He’s bringing candy. Same with Christmas. He stopped yesterday and asked me what I can eat so he can bring that so I’m getting black berries as a treat 😂😂 love my boss!! He’s the best lol.

@rs for nausea I have always just drank some Water. Almonds work well too—just eat a few to put something in your stomach.

I haven’t tried fish yet. I’m kind of scared. I did figure out I can eat chili cheese dogs and omg it’s so good!! I’m not eating it on a hotdog bun. It’s my homemade chili recipe which has no Beans in it so it’s low carb—1 ballpark brand beef frank with 1/2 cup of my chili and 2 tbsp of cheddar is 6 grams of carbs and 25 grams of protein!! It just takes forever to eat it— and it’s all of 196 calories for the whole thing!!

Just thought I’d share my breakfast this morning there were 2 eggs, 1 quarter of an avocado, 3 strips bacon and a handful of blackberries (yummy) I’m sharing it with my toddler and husband since I can’t eat that much. I had 1/2 an egg, one strip bacon, a few berries and my avocado.

Hey Ellie! Hope all is well. Frust8 good luck on your thing too!

I’m down to 207.6!!!! I have been this low since 2012!!! And I was on some crazy diet and diet pills to get this low!! (Basically a super concentrated caffeine pill, was eating nothing for Breakfast but an apple and Water, lunch and dinner were freezer meals that were low cal and supposedly healthy and I was doing Zumba every day for an hour and I still couldn’t break the into the 100’s)

I noticed some loose skin yesterday and it threw me off I knew it was coming but omg it’s terrible!! I’m going to up my water intake and run oils on my skin and add weights in. I ran out of my 9 round trial :( sad. So I downloaded p90 and am starting that today.

Kind of scared of the lose skin.

Ellie I want to know what you do for work! Would love to be able to travel like that. That being said—I’m so upset to hear your surgeon put an elective surgery above your safety. I would report him to the med board. I hope you have a wonderful trip!!

Ellie I know you will make it up to your son. Yes he’s heartbroken but you needed to go. Take him on a special mom son date as soon as you’re better. I don’t know how close you are to Austin but there is this place called the void—take him to that if you can. It’s seriously awesome!! (We hAve one here actually which is a funny location compared to Anaheim, Dubai, Disney world, London, Paris etc) What do you do for work out of curiosity? I think I’ve said it here I work for dominos as a pizza chef 👩‍🍳 I closed last night and wasn’t tempted at all by the left over bread sides which according to policy expire at close (like we can make fresh ones 5 minutes before and they’re good for 4 hours but close hits and they’re expired) which means they’re free game for employees. I used to get excited to have them. They were my favorite and I didn’t even care about them.

So I went to a trial membership at 9round fitness. I highly recommend it!! They put me with a trainer, he adjusted the work out to fit my skill level. Made it through the whole thing!! It was a full body workout, strength and cardio both incorporated. It’s only 30 minutes. I couldn’t do a push-up or a sit up so he made it work. It was awesome.

And the trainer isn’t extra on top of the membership. It’s included 😍😍 unlimited access and month to month!!

Ellie stop cooking, eat off your freezer stock for a while. It gives you a break from the cooking too.

I had to change what I was eating. I’m following 100 days of real food at the moment, doing a lot of home cooking and less processed stuff, I try to follow Whole 30 rules with processed things (I.e. if I’m buying chicken stock it’s whole 30 approved, or I have to make it at home) I changed my pills too. I ended up with the one a day woman’s petite. It goes down easier and doesn’t bother my tummy. I also just started buying 8 oz Water bottles from costco and drinking from those at home because I can pop a bunch in the fridge and pull one out and have that as my goal for the hour. Potato’s don’t work for me anymore so I swapped to cauliflower etc.
