Good day!!!!! On my journey to weight loss. I hit some road blocks, and I'm having a hard time getting back on track.. After the loss of my grandmother I haven't been able to get myself together. Any suggestions as to how I can get my diet back in order?? I'm two years out. I have picked up 10 pounds..... Help me please????????
