  2. I see that you found a fill Dr. in Saskatoon, would you be able to tell me the doctors name and contact information
  3. Whoa now I am worried too as I go for a fill on September 27th which is just 6 weeks post op, I had surgery Aug 14th. I did email Elsa in Monterrey and she felt I was ready for a fill according to the questions that she asked me. But I too have lost 19 pounds, I have to take a flight to the doctor that does the fills and this isn't cheap either and I would hate for him to say no when I get all the way there. I do know though that I am eating more and not staying full either so will definetely point that out. Thank you for all the advise and news! Penny
  4. Hi Elaine, I found when I mixed the protein powder with water it wasn't so sweet, you could try that.
  5. Hi, Yeah it is really hard to follow a schedule when every doctor is telling you something different, I am on my mushy food diet now, although last week I had applesauce and pudding and I think I shouldn't of had, but I seemed to feel okay, just some uncomfort. Anyway could you please tell me how you inserted the tickerfactory to your signature?
  6. Hi, I had surgery on August 14th and I feel great. I was a little tender for the first day but was up and walking right away and the more you walk the faster you get rid of the gas. It has been a wonderful experience, I have lost 17 pounds and look forward to loosing much more! You will be fine and it is really quite easy and painless. FlyGal
  7. Wow....you have done wonderful! 29.5 lbs that is great...keep it up. At what week did you get your band, they told me I have to wait at least 6 weeks??? I had some pudding and applesauce last week, I sure hope this was okay?? Remember how good you will feel...keep smiling!
  8. Hi, This my first day on the site and just trying to get through some of the stuff. My 2 weeks are up tomorrow, I am very impressed with how I did, not hungry at all. Did drink alot, was hard watching other people eat but seem to be fine now. Am doing some gardening now and more walking and feel pretty good. Hang in there...it isn't so bad. FlyGal
  9. Hi, I knew I would have the same problem so I only told certain people. I got banded on the 14th of August, I have lost 17 pounds and doing really well, get my first 'mushy' foods tomorrow. Who is doing your surgery? FlyGal
