I had my VSG on 7/28, and cannot get rid of this headache :-( I've been doing my best to get Protein and Fluid in. Do you suppose it's dehydration or malnutrition?
For the first time in a long time I just feel normal. I'm thinking about a diet or going on a diet. I don't feel like I'm on a diet now just eating like a normal person. My stomach tells me to stop just like a normal person instead of me just keep eating and eating. I can do things that normal people can do now. I'm in a size 16 and can wear clothes where normal people wear clothes.
My life is no longer consumed with being morbidly obese.
Sorry for the use of the word normal because guess what? There is no such thing as normal. We are all different in our own different ways.
