    cw 247.4 I just want to thank all the people that post weight gain. It shows that weigh gain or stalls do happen. I had no weight loss last week. Took a look at what i have be doing.... lack of exercise. Started walking and went to the gym. This week I'm down 5 pound. I'm now under 250. My doctors goal is 225, only 23 more pound. My goal is 190...would like to see my BMI under 30.

    252 Again. My weight loss has slow down. I have only worked out about 10 time in the last 7 month. I think it time to get my butt in the gym more often.

  13. Having a bad day. Did something stupid, I permed my hair. Lots of breakage on top. Now I have cut my hair very short but worried if do that the top of my head would look bald. Don't know what to do. — feeling depressed.

      try and get to the salon and get a hot oil or deep protein treatment. You'll probably have to baby your hair for a while, but look for deep conditioning protein treatments. Especially those with keratin in them

      i am so sorry to hear that, a bad perm is the worst....just get some avocado oil and warm it up and put it on your hair twice a week you will find it getting healthier also take yur biotin!!!

      Like @4me4them, I wear my hair pretty short. I seem to be having some loss (more than I like) and breakage. I just had the hairdresser cut it shorter to I can let it dry naturally (no blowdryer or curling / flat irons) and I'm treating it with some heavy duty damaged hair shampoo and conditioner. You can always gel some to spike it up a little or use some texturizing cream to help calm the frizzies. But, don't worry -- people will be looking at the body and weight loss more than the hair -- and it's winter -- you can wear hats! :)
