My name is Heather, I am 41 years old and married to my best friend with 4 beautiful children, two boys and 2 girls. I love the Lord with all of my heart, and I have a strong support system. I had the Lap band done in 01/10. Everything went well at first, but two years into it I realized things were changing and I didn't feel so good. I stopped losing weight after about 40 pounds. I was without insurance for a while and did not have it checked out, but after getting new insurance they realized the Band had slipped up and it was an emergency situation. I had the Lap band removed and gastric bypass done on the same day. 02/13/14. I am feeling better and have hope again, I am so excited about being a Big Loser!
