Hello everyone. I'm new here. I'm hoping I can get some support here. I was at my highest weight of 285 lbs after failing at every diet possible and starting to feel the weight in my knees and ankles I had enough. I had my gastric sleeve in Nov. 2011. My weight on my surgery day was 263. I'm a slow loser so after a year I lost 54 lbs and was 49 lbs from my goal and sadly ended up gaining back 25 lbs. I'm at a loss for words and kind of feeling like a failure. I have no regrets. I just want to get back on track. I look forward to being able to meet new friends. Thanks
